Tasting Notes
Multi-layered aromas of small red berries and a Champagne-like mix of grape and lees. Red apple and a licorice spice. Light mousse, subtle acidity, round and rich, with an almost creamy mid-palate that seems sustained by weight and savouriness rather than nerve and carbonation. Spicy, slightly salty finish. The eponymous "patina" is only visible in elements - still a youthful Sekt with plenty of potential to develop aromatically.
