Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, deep core, purple reflections, slightly watery rim. Inviting blackberry confit, underpinned by herbs and candied orange zest, subtle tobacco nuances, fine slate spice. Full-bodied, sweet dark berry fruit, fine, supporting tannins, elegant, fine acidity, chocolaty touch on the finish, multi-faceted, mineral aftertaste, still very youthful, great food wine.
