Deep ruby, purple reflections, broad ochre rim. Very subtle bouquet, red berry nuances, a hint of cherries and strawberries, fine nutty aromas, in the background some candied orange zest. Sixteen years in large wooden barrels have made the wine very elegant and fine, salty minerality and red berry fruit characterise this wine. Great finesse, a food wine of timeless beauty.
