Dark ruby, purple reflections, subtle ochre rim. Delicately ethereal, a hint of cassis, mint and nougat, fresh orange zest. Complex, sweet plum, taut, finely meshed, good freshness, mineral-salty, fine fruitiness, lingers well, spicy finish, versatile.
