The white wine Bernkastel Doctor Riesling Auslese, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingüter Wegeler – Gutshaus Mosel has been rated in 2019 with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Closed with just a discreet spark on the nose, but in the mouth there is a lot of substance and it is very finely packed. Still a little still taut and compact, but with all the components for great development; firm with ripe acidity, powerful with textural minerality.
