The red wine »Granat« Cuvée trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Albrecht Schwegler has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 96+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Blauer Zweigelt, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Lemberger from the region Württemberg in Germany.
The aroma is not yet very open. Hints of plum, cassis, blackberry and a spice reminiscent of black pepper. The palate is immensely dense on a supple base filled with very fine, fresh tannins, this is a fine hunk of a wine with great ageing potential.
