Tasting Notes
Powerful aroma of ripe pear, melon and ripe citrus, with toasty notes. In the mouth powerfully structured, with good balance, good freshness, smoke, minerality, clear and transparent in expression, it has depth and complexity with a fresh citrus finish. It is a harmonious chardonnay, from a single source.
More about the tastingBurgundian on the nose with a savoury wood influence, notes of roasted almond and yeast. An amalgam of silky smoothness, nerve and yeasty-mineral elements on the palate. The fullness and volume of the vintage in tamed form. Very elegant.
