Tasting Notes
Piquant botrytis spice, lemon peel, orange blossom, pepper, a "self-confident" spiciness according to one judge's note. On the palate, full of extract, grippingly dense, juicy and - as another juror wrote - "with a kick". Ripe, present acidity and a restrained sweetness in contrast, a fine wine with a "distinctive signature" and excellent potential.
