The red wine Comondor, vintage 2000 from the winery Weingut Anita und Hans Nittnaus has been rated in 2010 with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Lake Neusiedl in Austria.
Dark garnet colour, brightening on the rim. Intense dark berry fruit on the nose, subtle background of cassis and liquorice, fine oak notes, ethereal nuances, delicately animalistic, black cherries, tobacco, very multi-faceted. Extremely juicy fruit, marvellous fruit expression, very well integrated tannins.
