The white wine Weissburgunder trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Aufricht has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Weißburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
The nose has aromas of white fruit, peach, elderberry, a little chamomile, light flowers and a stony minerality. On the palate the wine has a not quite dry fruit, the acidity is well integrated, juicy body with a beautiful balance.
