Tasting Notes
Caramel aroma, with apricot and quince. On the palate brief softness, then substantial and very intense minerality, with immense acidity and yet also with a supple background. Almost painfully concentrated, grippingly mineral, immensely long in its structured way, and it is completely humourless in that it fades away almost like a drop.
More about the tastingDelicate spice with herbal notes, caramel and ginger, soy sauce, honey. An electrifying acidity structures the palate impression, the supple sweetness remains defensive, present minerality, salty and fresh, long, the last generosity is missing though.
