Tasting Notes

Tasting from 27.11.2017

Restrained aroma, some peach, lemon peel, herbal tones. Fresh acidity, lots of tension, elegantly applied fruit extract, playful, good length, everything in its place. Salty and mineral finish, has polish and tension - and a good future.
