Tasting Notes

89 - 91
Tasting from 01.06.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Fine meadow herbs on the nose, light flowers, also dried herbs, some dark caramel, peach and tangerine. On the palate, full-bodied and engagingly savoury, also mineral; good balance of freshness and ripeness, juicy, phenolic, with some grip. Full-bodied and balanced, but stylistically committed Kabinett.
