Finely aromatic on the nose, with aromas of red apple, preserved lemons, meadow herbs, pear, red berries, ground hazelnut and some smoke. The palate is juicy with lots of saline-mineral savouriness, notes of citrus fruit and some peach, on a creamy base framed by well-integrated acidity. Gluggable.
