Tasting Notes
Rich yellow. Apricot, peach blossom, almond, some brioche, ripe grapefruit on the nose. Fine mousse on the palate, fresh acidity, lime zest, green apple, savouriness, beautiful harmony and creaminess. Good structure and length, ideal as an aperitif, but also with food.
