Tasting Notes
Still wild and spontaneously fermented at first contact, then a floral and finally herbal-spicy bouquet opens up with plenty of air. Very balanced on the palate, and in a very natural way: some suppleness, fine acidity, the elegance of the altitude is well conveyed. Spicy and slightly salty finish.
