Tasting Notes
Still closed on the nose, but there are already some smokiness and notes of yeast, malt, flint, quince and green walnut. Taut on the palate with good extract and density, much traction and tension, agile acidity, salty and enormous chalky minerality. Young and demanding, this is a great Chardonnay.
