"Grandmother's barrel" left a very distinguished wood note, flanked by balsamic varietal savouriness. Citrus fruit and fennel pollen also on the nose. Softly attacking on the palate, it's full-bodied and supple, with decidedly delicate acidity and high refinement. Style and class.
