Apple skin, some cider, herbs, rock flour and lots of spice on the nose. The fruit is more in the background. An impressive wine with very good structure, density and length, with delicate, ripe acidity, enjoyable and relaxed, but also punchy and mineral throughout. Spicy on the finish.
