Tasting Notes
Herbal savouriness, mint, dark berry fruit, subtle oak. On the palate fleshy tannin, dense, ripe, first clinging and then dissolving juicy, a full-bodied Pinot Noir at the very beginning of its life.
More about the tastingSmoky, reductive, sour cherry, still very youthful and fresh on the nose. Medium-bodied on the palate, good density, with ripe tannins, lots of juiciness, cultivated acidity, savoury notes, cherry and almost blood-like aromas on the finish.
