Tasting Notes
Very Burgundian on the nose: wild cherry, funky mineral tones, zesty red berries and just a hint of wood. On the palate the wine is immediately salty, has a firm tannin that perfectly matches the style in terms of volume, releases the tension in a juicy and again mineral way, the finish is clearly chalky.
