Intense and multi-layered on the nose, with notes of rose petals, mace, lychee, candied pineapple and orange, hints of pepper and smoke with a chalky coolness. Intense and full-bodied on the palate, but not overpowering, juicy fruit supported by a subtle sweetness and balanced by a mineral savouriness, salty notes into the long finish.
