Fragrant nose, pears, apricots, mirabelle plums, fresh lemons, white grapefruit, spring meadow, subtle smoke and fine spice. Compact on the palate, fruit and mineral spice closely interwoven, blissful, elegant acidity to the creamy base, juicy and with good length.
