Subtle wood and a reductive minerality show on the nose, with an overtone of honey and white flowers. Juicy on the palate, but then builds up some power with a ripe acidity in the background of the chalky texture. Aromatically still rather closed, with a floral, slightly vanilla finish. Requires food accompaniment.
