The white wine »Clos de Schulz« Chardonnay, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Chat Sauvage has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter, Rainer Schäfer, Elena Scheer with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Rheingau in Germany.
A stony fragrance combines with fruity aromas of Granny Smith apple and fresh plum. A fine roasted note hovers over the whole. It is structured and balanced on the palate, with all components beautifully integrated, a rather mild acidity. Overall, very precise and clear with a thoroughly interesting nose.
