The rosé »Rosé«, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Dautel has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Lemberger from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Subtle salmon pink with golden yellow background. Subtle hints of currant and raspberry show in a rather restrained aroma, also some leafy green, fine savouriness. Lean and compactly built on the palate, the self-confident acidity sets the pace, carried by some carbonic freshness, finely worked phenolics, cherry and raspberry, clear in expression, fine mineral spiciness in the finish.
