Salmon-coloured in the glass. Clear nose, fine red berry fruit, rose hips, savouriness of thyme, sage, wet stone, liquorice. Slender and juicy on the palate, red berry fruit, fine, refreshing acidity and carbonic acid play around a supple core and subtle sweetness, mineral underpinnings, beautiful length, a rosé for touring as an aperitif or summer dishes.
