Tasting Notes
Salmon-pink in the glass. Clear and complex on the nose, with delicate herbal notes complementing red berry fruit, thyme, sage, rhubarb, pomegranate, licorice, and stony undertones. On the palate, it has good body and a linear flow, with subtle bitter notes complementing the juicy fruit and smooth base, underpinned by minerality, an elegant and refreshing acidity, and good length.
