Citrus coloured yellow. Cool, deep and fresh, with lime flavours and the mineral/volcanic depth of the Hermannshöhle. Enormously mineral and tense on the palate, with juicy concentrate, great length and full body. Here, too, the fruit is always vivid, the wine remains true to itself and German, so to speak.
