Medium yellow, fine roasted aromas and some vanilla on the nose, ripe apple and pineapple. Compact on the palate with well-judged substance, the maturation in wood provides contour, the well-integrated acidity for liveliness, fine spice, some quince and vanilla again, gastronomic Burgunder style.
