Tasting Notes
Wonderfully fruity, elegant and "light" Auslese. Pale, slightly greenish shimmering color, intense bouquet. First apple, then wonderfully ripe, sensual Riesling fruit with a fine spicy slate note and honey. Light-footed on the palate, very playful, sweet, juicy, sensual, yet delicate and full of finesse; wonderful acidity, animating, perfect balance. Honey on the long finish. Sulphur.
