Tasting Notes
Light green gold. Fine herbal spice on the nose, delicate ethereal notes, but also toffee, a hint of Turkish honey, mineral, underlaid with juicy apricot confit, multi-layered. Full of finesse on the palate, delicate acid structure, very fresh, a wine with a lot of verve, shows a playful, fine ice wine style, wonderful length, appears much younger than the "normal" wines of the vintage. A classic.
