Tasting Notes
Apple on the nose and fresh almonds, ripe pear and also some red fruit, redcurrant, smoke and fine wood savouriness. On the palate broad in structure and perspective, deep but focused structure, salty on the mid-palate, with pronounced minerality, medium density and length. Well done!
