A classic Pinot Noir aroma with undertones of almond and sweet cherry, some bay leaf and mint. The palate reveals a careful extraction that has only released a good proportion of the tannins from the berry skins. Robust body, ripe acidity - the ideal accompaniment to a Sunday roast.
