Tasting Notes
Already quite open on the nose, buttery, salted almond and salted popcorn. On the palate, the wine is also salty, medium-bodied in extract, but pithy and of good length, clearly mineral in character, with a lot of depth and stylistic maturity.
More about the tastingInitially, an intense herbal note. Nuances of yellow fruits, pineapple, pink grapefruit, young melon and hints of wet stone in the background. The palate is taut, accentuated, fine extract with well-integrated, taut acidity, light smoky notes and very good length.
