The white wine Iphofen Kalb Sylvaner trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Olinger has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
Comparatively deep colour. Yellow fruit aromas, a hint of oak. On the palate it is carried by fine phenolics, firm body, clearly tactile-mineral, ripe acidity, full-bodied and clearly characterised by the terroir.
