Spicy, intense, smoke, lightly roasted walnuts, ripe pear, yellow plums, grated nutmeg. Strongly built on the palate with a firm structure, supported by the ripe phenolics, shows texture and density, rounded in the middle of the palate. Culinary calibrated.
