Intense garnet, purple reflections, broad ochre rim. An inviting, multi-faceted bouquet, with a subtle herbal savouriness, notes of sweet tobacco, hints of blackberry confit, ripe plums and nougat. With some air, a touch of lovage and hints of cocoa, perfectly matured. Medium complexity, delicate notes of cherry compote, freshly structured, red cherries, vivid, noticeable tannins and red berries on the mineral-salty finish.
