Tasting Notes
Pale yellow with a fine mousse. Pure autolysis on the nose, notes of yeasty biscuits and toast, with citrus fruit, apple pear, savoury nuances and floral hints of wild roses and honeysuckle. The palate is decidedly dry with plenty of juicy acidity, the yeast notes unfold elegantly, with a delicate hint of yeast lingering on the finish. An animating crémant that will delight wine connoisseurs.
