Tasting Notes
Clear yellow-green. Very clear herbal, but initially only restrained fruit aromas. Not a loud, but a very authentic wine, whose earthy meadow aromas intensify with more air, but also refine. On the palate, again rather green and earthy, very salty and lean, almost reminiscent of the 2008 vintage, also in terms of race and the lack of ripeness. This wine is lean and firm, sophisticated and certainly a pure purist for all hedonists.
