The red wine Rhini Efringen-Kirchen Spätburgunder, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Hanspeter Ziereisen has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
The Rhini is rather restrained on the nose, with black plum, elderberry. On the palate, however, the wine dazzles with a tremendous spiciness, a vivid acidity and very finely woven tannins. This is already a great red wine.
