Tasting Notes
Aromas are of youthful cherry fruit, with some wood, coconut and cinnamon, but also peppery, with tree resin, candied orange peel, herbal savouriness, and ink. The palate has a lively acidic nerve and is wide-ranging, with fine-grained tannin in medium-high quantity. It is dense and long, with chalky minerality to finish.
