On the nose: gingerbread, cassata, Amarena cherry, but then also bitter herbs and yeasty notes. The palate proves to be humorlessly dry, is extremely dense with fine-grained tannins, although the aroma shows the first signs of opening, the palate is still completely closed. Very long (this is purely structural at the moment - but the aromatic ageing potential is beyond question).
