A Provençal pastel pink in colour. The nose reveals stony notes, cooked red berry fruit and hibiscus. Lean and juicy on the palate, the wine plays with some sweetness, salinity and ripe acidity, a layer of suppleness binds everything together. Fine fruit on the finish.
