The white wine »Primus Maximus« Riesling trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Heinz Nikolai Inhaber Frank Nikolai has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
A fragrant aroma; yellow and ripe, distinct peach followed by a little mustard powder. Considerable viscosity on the palate, lots of substance, kept relatively soft with a lovely sweetness to acidity balance. Some ginger spice, a dense and well-balanced Riesling.
