A savoury red fruit flows from the glass, along with tomato sugo, liquorice, freshly mown grass, wet forest floor, red balsamic vinegar, juniper, marzipan - an exciting, complex aroma, even the wood is still detectable. Rough type, taut, polished tannin, elegant structure, very finely matured, delicately savoury echo.
