Delicate golden yellow in the glass with copper notes. Smoke on the nose, restrained fruit, but notes of herbs, nettle and ground elder are present. Juicy on the palate with good acidity, crab apple and reine claude plum. A densely woven wine with great ageing potential.
More about the tastingGolden in colour, but not at all with high-ripeness aromas or oak dominance on the nose, but rather discreetly dense, elegant, with notes of almond and celeriac. On the palate, the Spiegelberg shows an enormous presence, highly zesty, dense and concentrated with fruit.
