Smoke and roasted aromas on the nose, walnut and almond slivers, pear, melon, dried herbs. On the palate, substance, power and smoothness are combined with beautiful savoury notes, emphatically dry, unaffected, a stable acidity, fine salty notes, melon, quince, good length.
