Ripe pineapple, yellow apple, blood orange, candied lemon, ginger, lemon balm, mint, rocks on the nose. Firmly built and with drive on the palate, mineral underpinnings, elegant interplay of sweetness and acidity, good extract and length, all of a piece and with a long, salty finish.
