Dense and fine on the nose, ripe apple, peach, blood orange, white grapefruit, subtle blossom honey. On the palate, fruit and sweetness nestle together and are kept in balance by a lively acidity. The Sonnenberg-Spätlese already has a mineral background and will be a pleasure in a few years' time.
